Terms and Conditions of Venue Booking at Your Space Banquet Hall
This contract (“Contract”) is entered into between Your Space Banquet Hall (“Venue”) and the Client (“Client”) booking the venue space for an event. By submitting a booking request and completing payment, the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Venue Rental: The Client is renting the designated space at Your Space Banquet Hall for the date and time specified in the booking confirmation.
2. Payment: The Client agrees to pay the full rental fee as indicated in the booking confirmation. Any additional services or fees incurred during the event must be settled before the conclusion of the event.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy: In the event of a cancellation by the Client, the following cancellation policy applies:
– Cancellation more than 30 days before the event: 50% refund of the rental fee.
– Cancellation between 15-30 days before the event: 25% refund of the rental fee.
– Cancellation less than 15 days before the event: No refund.
4. Clean-Up and Damage: The Client is responsible for leaving the venue space in the same condition as it was found. Any damage caused during the event will be the responsibility of the Client and may incur additional charges.
5. Compliance with Laws: The Client agrees to comply with all laws and regulations relating to the event, including obtaining any necessary permits or licenses.
6. Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Your Space Banquet Hall harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Client’s use of the venue space.
7. Liability: Your Space Banquet Hall is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss of property that may occur during the event.
8. Force Majeure: Your Space Banquet Hall shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of nature, terrorism, or government actions.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the Client acknowledges that they have read and understood the contract and agree to comply with all terms outlined herein. Your Space Banquet Hall reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
